This is a little help for people who get to Elona Reach, and realize that the people who are doing the mission...are not so smart. It's easily done with henchies(if you have skill enough). If you want help making the henchie party, I'd recommend starting with Alesia, Stefen, and Little Thom. Your other choices are up to you, I recommend Reyna and Dunham for this mission.

Background:
You might have heard there is a clipping error on this mission(meaning, you can walk through the gates) and this leads to not adhering to the 30 minute time limit until you want to fight the bosses. I would recommend you NEVER try this, because it is pointless. You are given 30 minutes, and with henchmen I have beat this mission with 10 minutes remaining. The main thing you need to remember is this:
Never fight what is not in your way, and if it is in your way, wait a few seconds for it to move out of your way(if it has a patrol route).

In this image, the red X indicates where the Ghost is. First, follow the red line to get the hardest to obtain crystal(do the hardest first, because if you do the easiest first and fail the hardest, you waste time). Tread this path carefully, and make sure to avoid as many patrols as possible. You should end up having to fight a group of forgotten, a boss, a few more groups, another boss, and your done. Run the crystal back to the ghost and go along the blue route, for the second crystal.

This is easier because:
1. Less monsters
2. Easier bosses

Take things slow through the entire mission, never going any faster than henchies will allow(make sure they are fully healed, etc. before moving on), and this is an easy mission to do with henchies. If you find enough people who've read this and know the route, then I'm sure a real person substitute would be a lot better(but it works with henchies too).
