Northlands Cleared! (solo) ... video
At this point, I realize that pre-searing is a distant memory for many players. As for myself, I certainly spend 99% of my gaming time in post. However, I do have one character (Darth Xader) that I've intentionally left in pre for the sole purpose of aiding new guild members.
A few days ago, for whatever reason, I decided to venture beyond the north wall and see if I could take out "all" of the Charr in the Northlands by myself. I'd done this before with a friend, but had never attempted it solo.
The following video chronicles the "result":
Charr-Grilled
(warning... I was bored so I got a little creative)

Nice video. Haven't seen that kind of before. And it's good to be creative.

Funny video. Too bad there wasn't at least some short clips of combat, though.

Actually, it's a good feeling to know that I did something that is deemed impossible.
But I kindly invite you to come with me to the Northlands and watch me do it again. Although I warn you... it took me about 3 hours. But I assure you... I did it solo.
And after you see how I do it, you'll realize that you can do it too... that is, if you're level 8 or higher in pre-searing with an El/Mo or El/Me. May be possible with another class, but I have no experience doing so.

Irs not impossible to clearr the ritual site solo, its getting in to the Northlands that is imposible to do Solo, While inside -the other player may leave, leaving one stranded and ready to take them on. Since most ask for Across the wall, its quite easy to ask them to map out, after they have completed their quest.
I have a lvl 11 elementalist(soon 12) & I have seen two lvl 14 characters in Pre (one of which was a Necromancer), Id fairly confidant i could do it Solo to, however that would take more than twice as long than clearing it with another player, meaning less xp per hour. Even if I get double when Solo. As Lvl 11, only some of the monsters in the Northlands give xp.
To my dismay, I have yet beeing able to cross the northen bridges gates -if its possible i dont know. (thats North of the Ritual site),But I dont think its just for show, (since that they are at first open..)

That's exactly correct... and that's what I did. I asked if anyone needed help with Across The Wall. In exchange for my help, I asked for their help to go back through the gate once the quest was completed... at which point he mapped out for me.
