Uh...You can make this ALOT easier. Load up on all bow skills, no heals. Then go up next to your mirror and he will switch to an axe. Then proceed to use all of your skills while he hacks you away with his axe. I'm guessing this will work.

Um. Wow. Lots of you brought so much stuff for skills...

Anyways. Because Ranger/Monk, just bring useless enchantments or something. Protective spirit, etc. He'll keep casting it, you probably don't do more than damage than that. Or something else. I'm not sure on how much his axe does on you guys, but you can always try running up to him to change to his axe, and fight him up close.

What I did was bring a max damage 4:1 vamp shortbow and got him to fight with the axe. It worked for me, vamp is not required though.

i grabbed a laod of bow only skills and at the start i ran in close so he switched to axe meaning he could only hit me i then used all my bow skills on him it works 2/3 times

Forgive me, but it works and faster. I did it on my guildie's ranger and destroyed the copy in a matter of seconds. You can use all your skills and kill him faster than you could normally by using spirits or whatnot. Penetrating, kindle, hunters shot, dual shot, favorable winds, Etc.

I just put as many EW, QZ, and some other useless spirit in the first spot of my bar. Then Serpants Quickness, then all 3 (non-elite) traps. He'll lay QZ and EW for you, then you just basically trap like you would in UW...he walks up and then gets owned by the traps. Simple as that.

if you can't get bonus the first time come back with barrage and all the spirits taht don't make barrages cost bigger. you can beat him in well under the time because barrage is very spammable
