Henchies at Sanctum Cay & restless spirit bugs?
My W/E character has done main missions up to and including first in south Shiverpeaks with only henchies in the party. I've gone back from time to time with some of my guildmates (usually just one or two) and henchies to do some of the bonus missions -- some of which I hadn't done the first time thru.
Sanctum Cay presents two problems I can't seem to figure out. One is that after the cut scene with the wiz and his minions take off to do battle, ALL the henchies stay "spellbound" and won't budge until the spooks and I(we) have had our first battle. I've learned to go back and get them after that, but that doesn't seem like something you should have to do. They don't seem to come on their own either... It's no fun trying to defend the wiz with just one other guildmate and one remaining spook! (Actually, it was, but we didn't complete the mission for my guildmate.) Anyone know what's going on -- is it a bug or is it just me?
The other prob is the restless spirit stays behind, too, and doesn't seem to come no matter how much begging. I even ran to the graveyard, held down the Alt key, and there he was -- still up by the castle where we saw him last. Any ideas??

I have also noticed this problem with the "spellbound henchies". I've done this mission about 10 times trough with my henchies and every time they remain at a standstill with no exception. You might want to submit this bug to ArenaNet so that they can fix this little bug.
As for the problem with the restless spirit, I wouldn't know I hit lvl 20 before this mission with all my chars I've ever made so I never even tried it.

i had the same problem with the spirit. I think you may have to let him get to the guy before you talk to him and give him the septer. Maybe you have to hold the septer next to the guy and let the ghost come all the way. If not no clue on what to do.

Ahhh... thanks BMF. Certainly seems worth checking on. I've been too quick entering towns on some quests earlier in the game where NPC's have to get close before you wink out, but i've slept (much) since then...

Spirit stands there a minute; he'll begin to move after the Vizier has disappeared. Henchies should move if you run the opposite direction (I heard they were stuck on the Vizier), but eventually 1 mantle comes from both sides to snap them out of it.

Will try that, too, if rest fail. Thanks much.
