Q about the Doppleganger
Does the Doppleganger just use skills from your primary profession or does he mirror and actually use what's in your skill bar, both primary and secondary?
I kept dying with my necro yesterday and, remembering having seen threads on exactly that topic, I was able to learn the secret of defeating him. The reason I ask, though, is that when I went up against him with my W/Mo, it was over before I knew it - 15, maybe 20 seconds, max. I had 4 W skills, Endure Pain + 3 axe (2 adrenaline-based), 3 Mo healing + res. I use the max damage Smiting rod as my primary weapon, though. I cast Endure Pain on myself, hit him with the rod a few times, closed in with the axe and 4, 5 whacks, he was down. Was he standing there healing me? It was over so fast it left me scratching my head. |
