I'm trying to capture Incendiary Bonds. Flyt and Chuff just do not appear. I've tried zoning in and out of NKP/Naboo many times over 2 hrs and haven't seen them.
So, have these guys been removed? I just thought I'd be more useful having this skill early instead of waiting until I complete the quest.
Can anyone confirm if these guys still spawn? If yes, should I do anything special before entering the zone to make them appear?
If no, is there anywhere else I can get incendiary bonds?

So you'd waste a Sig of Cap on a non-elite?

Not a good idea...When you need sig of caps..and realize by the end of the game they cost skill pts and 1 plat each..You'd wish you didnt waste them.

NO skill is important enough not to wait on it.

Chuff is near Wintun the Black the collector. I KNow this.

But still..You'll shot yourself later.

Don't forget where you get Malaquires quest to get cap sigs, Lions Arch. There's nothing wrong with using a sig to cap a non-elite, hell with a sig necros would have to wait till the southern shiverpeaks to get bone fiends, or they can cap them from Lord Timot.

Well, I couldnt do anything without SoJ as a smite monk..
I think that skill is pretty much essential for farming now...

For the casual PvE'er it is nice to grab a non-elite skill if you wouldn't otherwise be getting it for quite a while. If it is one you have to purchase anyway it is the same. If not, you still have plenty of skill points to burn.

If you're trying to maximize skill collection with minimal PvE toons then yes, definitely get as many as possible by way of quest rewards.

What's wrong with skill capping normal spells? You lose a skill point either buying or capping it. Do you mean quests?

Yes, both bosses still appear occasionally. They appear as the second or third group of Tengu (going south) from the Nebo/Ascalon portal.

Well, before they made the changes to skill prices cap sigs were only half the price of normal skills. I capped most of my first character's skills, elite and non-elite. I also bought about 20 cap sigs, so I really wanted to get rid of them.

Thanks for all of the responses. I truly appreciate it.
I'm playing the game with my wife atm and we're taking our time enjoying the game at the rate of a few hours a week. So I won't get incendiary bonds for another couple of months or so unless I capture it now.
I'm going to try to squeeze in an extra hour or so and try one more time.
