where is the best place to farm for these weapons?

Actually if you want a max sephis, on the very last mission, hells precipice, you might get lucky. I was with a group, we cleared the portals, and there was a chest by where one of the portals was. I took it and got a max sephis, gave a key to my friend and got a max dead bow.
