Aurora Glade with Henchies?
Is it possible to complete this mission with just henchies? I am a lvl 15 n/mes and losing my faith in these guys. Do I just need to wait for a active hour and hope to PUG or is there a way to skip this place and move on?

*** Possible Spoiler Alert! ****
For the mission only (to attune 3 pedestals), I believe it is possible to do this with henchies. I have not tried it on my own with henchies, but there is a pattern which might make it possible to do.
To start, grab a crystal and capture the one nearest to your starting position.
Return and get another crystal and run to the one (in the east if I recall correctly). The White Mantle may have already got this or on their way to getting this (depending how fast you are). If you see them, let them have it and don't aggro them. Let them leave to get another crystal. Capture this pedestal (taking it off them).
Return for another crystal. Head to the last pedestal and capture it. During this time, the White Mantle should be trying to re-capture the pedestal to the east (and will succeed). For some reason, they seem to always want this one first and will focus on it if it's not under their control.
Return for another crystal. You should now have 2 pedestals under your control. The final one being the one to the east. Re-capture this and you win.
Having speed boasting skills will help in this mission.
The pedestal to the east is the key one. They seem to always want this one. So if it's under your control, you'll know which one they'll be heading to. Useful to know when going for the bonus too.
Hope that helps... Good luck!

I do believe it is possible to do if you just take henchies. Easier with at least one other human player. I've completed this mission + bonus with 3 of my characters not so long ago. Each time, the party included one guildie and padded out with henchies.
This is what we did:
Pedestal 1 is the nearest (North), Pedestal 2 (East) and Pedestal 3 (West).
You take Pedestal 1 first as a safety net. Then get next crystal and go to Pedestal 2. By the time you get near there, White Mantle will have just taken Pedestal 2. Let them have it and wait for them to leave - do not aggro them. Once they're out of aggro range, take Pedestal 2. Wait here and ready yourself for a fight.
The next team of WM will be on their way. WM seem to always want Pedestal 2, so your job is to keep hold of it. When they come, target and focus on killing the crystal carrier before killing the rest. Do not stray too far from Pedestal 2 towards their camp. We found that getting too close to their camp caused more WM to come out and fight. Stay close by Pedestal 2 and they will only send 4 at a time, where one of them is a crystal carrier.
It will take some time, but you will soon deplete their numbers until they have no one left to carry a crystal. Now you can goto their camp for the bonus before claiming the remaining pedestal at your leisure.
Skills that can slow down their crystal carrier is very helpful. Skills to speed yourself up are useful but not necessary. Most useful skills are those that can deal out high damage quickly. Because they tend to come at you in groups of fours, you need to kill them fast (especially their crystal carriers) before the next group turn up. Calling your target seem to get the henchies to focus their attacks on the same foe. Stopping the henchies from chasing a foe up the hill towards their camp can be difficult.
If you want to skip this, you can run to Henge of Denravi - south east direction of Aurora Glade.

The mantle won't engage unless you attack first, so just outrun them. Speed buffs help, but not essential.

I've done it with my Elementalist with no speed buffs, my warrior with speed buffs and my Ranger with no speed buffs. All three with just Henchies. Personally I always cap the pedestal to the far right first, then the one in the middle and then the one on the left and finally back to the one on the far right. My Ele and Ranger never even saw the White Mantle. My Warrior (with Sprint) saw them but didn't come near them.

by far the easiest way to do this mission is to take the first crystal, and take control of one of the pedistals. then just sit and wait for them to come in. they will always go for the pedistal you took first. kill the guy with the crystal (before he gets close to cap), then start picking them off. when another one comes with a crystal kill him, and continue to start picking the rest of them off. do this till they're all dead, and the mission is yours. (if by chance they take over your pedistal, then quickly grab another one, and cap it again) then go kill the boss dude, take the bonus, and cap the rest of the pedistals. simple really. and most of the time is a lot easier with henchies, cause they follow your target.
if you have a group, the fun way to do it is have a warrior tank run to the other end, and steel their crystal. then all you gotta do is hold both of them, and fight them off cheep, but fun. (note: sometimes is hard to get their crystal before they do)

I did it with henchies, but only with warrior eqipt with sprint. I had to load seeds several times before beating the mantle to the third. Bonus alone seems imposible.
