Well its a weird storry but I found lvl 20 enemys in the middle of nowhere

your map, though small and hard to tell, is pointing to Kessek Peak.
Yes- I bet everyone has went there, as a popular quest takes you there (Villainy of galrath). The followers of Verata are there and they are high lvl yes (and there are high lvls on the way). |

You can pick up the Villainy of Galrath quest form Sergio [skills] in Lion's Arch. It's a fun quest, with a nice XP reward, though it's harder to find a group if you are low level and/or have not visited some of the neighboring towns (specifically Temple of Ages), where people prefer to start.

I didnt play Villany so I didnt know The way how I came there because I was running around the map en found this high lvl area in the middle of nowhere |

My guild leader got his level 20 W/Mo and did the quest for me and a few guildies (low level new chars). Just sprint past Veretas and take out Galrath with a standard Ettin farming axe build (or sword with interrupts).

Shame, that quest is fun to fight through, and the castle is quite impressive, shame we can't go inside.

I luv that quest, it's fun and very challenging. Done it 3 times now and each time killing everything along the way.
