Note the above they aren't supose to drop anymore and the ritualist items shouldn't be droping at all period. Also note the chests in Dreadnoughts along with the other Strong Hold Boxes were over looked chests that were forgotten to be removed with the introduction of keys.

I had a ruby drop in Diessa while doing the Garfazz quest. Hydra dropped it.

sickle drops outside icetooth cave, from mino's as well.. a LOT of times..
