i guess you stop enchant removal with spellbreaker but does sb last that long?

Thats my only problem thoe. But i usually cast SB, run the the mesmers, kill them before SB ends, so no one cna remove my enchants.

since your using earth you should try Obsidian Flesh {E}
kinda like SB i think a lil better tho

I would use SB because I allready have a superior prot rune, so its boosted to be longer.

SB is better than Obsidian flesh in this case because u can have 16 divine compared to 12 earth unless the duration for a lvl 12 obsidian flesh is longer than a lvl 16 sb (i dunno about earth skills)
just like to point out that soloing SF with e/me is possible

Obsidian Flesh is longer I think...around 18 seconds...not sure.
But Obsidian Flesh reduces speed, so I'm not sure if you can even run up to the mesmers before the time is over.

Running and Kill your target ind 24 seconds is pleanty of time. And also he will try casting shatter enchant, by the time SB ends, the shater enchant would still be charging.

----. I'm going to have to put this on hold. My little bro just deleted my ------ 55 monk! Canged my password so he cant go on my acount. So i just started a new 55 monk. hopefully by firday he'll be lvl 20.
BTW the build is alot better on elementalist.

At 16 Divine, SB lasts 18 seconds. With a + 20% encant mod, 22 secs. Recharge time 45 seconds. With a 20/20 divine favor recharge staff, one in five times you can cast it back to back.
At 12 Earth, Obs Flesh lasts 18 seconds. Recharge time of 30 secs.
Big difference however, is that enemies will waste their spells on you when you have SB on. Thus, they lose most of their energy. With OF, enemies will not cast and will therefore have energy. They will wait for it to wear out and then then slam you with spells.
In conclusion, SB should be better for your purpose of soloing.

well if its 18 second obsidian flesh or 18 seconds sb
and they both are 22 with 20%enchant mod the recharge of obsidian flesh is obviously better then sb (30seconds or 45) i would have to choose obsidian flesh.
