Okay so i ascend, Did dragons lair, didnt manage to kill glint this time round. Whats left for me to do? Does ascending change anything? Like new quests? Or Character abilities?

You get a lot of XP and the ability to visit Tombs and UW/FOW, and you get to Droks without being run.

There are lots of high xp quests and treasures in those places...

umm... continue on with the missions. You now can go to UW and FoW when you have favor too.

You should get a Primary Quest in Droknar's Forge that leads you to the next mission outpost, Ice Caves. Also speak to Vanyi near the storage agents for a quest to take you back to the desert for the Path quests, which are used to change your 2nd profession as desired. Complete at least one of them. Then speak to Vanyi again for the quest for 15 attribute points.

Also north of Droknar's is Rankor and north of that Grenths Footprint, where you will find the War Camp and Sorrows Furnace for more quests.

There are a lot of elite skills to capture now, look them up on GuildWiki.

Ive still not fully completed the game ENTIRELY on any of my chars, lot of missing quests, bonusses etc.
But after doing everything, theres Farming, or PvP (its sort of like a crossroads depending on which you wanna go down), or simply helping friends out.

You've got a quite a good bit of game to play if you've only just ascended. Follow the quest path around the southern shiverpeaks and then to the fire islands. =)

On of the nicest features after ascending is that you now will be able to do the change 2nd profession quests. After doing them you can change your 2nd profession whenever you like, giving you the opportunity to unlock every skill in the game
