My group had some problems with him, but as the last one standing, other than Master Togo and his assistant, I just had to let the boss wail on Master Togo, then my melee R/A just combo the heck out of it.
Time...19 mins, 6k xp and 3 skill pts.

Hey thanks man, this is great advice to everyone. It works really well if you bring the Spirit Henchmen, if the prot spirits are up and in range its really easy.

The Server keeps track of what you have completed and what your level is, and where you have and have not been, it then is supposed to create spawns and the likes based on that information. Everything I have encountered so far has been in the sub level 11 range.

Are you sure? I thought all monsters in the mainland are level 20 or more. I dont think your level has anything to do with the monsters that will spawn.

I did him easy as a L12 Ass. And yes, I did have the Ritualist NPC with me.
Even managed to get Master reward

I just did it with a good PUG with my Rt/R, I got my Dissonance up and the boss couldnĀ“t do anything (Dissonance interrupted all his skills)

It seems they do in fact have attribute levels above 20, most of the harder mobs, instead of higher armor as in GWP.
If you tell me your armor stat, I can calculate how much % of damage you take.
