Arena net has a very low quality assurance system... they should start using bugzilla instead of that crappy system they have and those canned messages. Bunch of noobs :@ I'm very frustrated about this situation.

I did this the day before yesterday with my wammo and henchies to cap a warrior skill from the boss right at the end. Didn't encounter a glitch but then again I killed everything in that final chamber. It was a tough fight but the henchies and I prevailed.

This is your first frustrating experience with gw?? Have you not played iron mines and had markis get stuck time after time. Or how about when jalis ironhammer randomly leaves his pedestal at thunderhead to attack mursaat and dies. Or how about Rurik or gw bush as we like to call him always running off and aggroing extra groups in nolani.
They just made the game of course its gonna have its bugs and if they are significant enough they will fix em when they can get to them. Do you realize how many lines of code you need to debug to fix some of these problems its not like running spellcheck.
Try an elder scrolls game mainly morrowwind if you want to see a really frustratingly bugged game.

I just made my first attempt on this mission I got really annoyed by the arbitrary interrupts. I spent a whole minute or two chain interrupted trying to get a 5s rez off on two fallen henchies, and it's not clear anough where is safe and where isn't! Eventually I got to the warrior boss, and knowing that bosses do double damage I dropped him first as he was a big threat, but very easy to disable and kill. Logical step, right?
Except the truth is that I'm about 10s away from losing the mission because Danika's AI script writer decides not to bother checking to see if I'd killed the boss's horde of badass minions guarding the door - so off she goes and suicides in the middle of them all, failing the mission for me. Cheers for that
Maybe her script should check if to see if I've actually cleared the boss and his small army before trying to open that door? Geeeeeeeeeez. So after wasting an hour of my life on that, I'm going to have to re-do it tomorrow and work around bad implementation by having the henchies soak up the boss damage while I drop the minions to get around Danika's suicidal habits, THEN drop the boss who I could have killed right at the start
The collapsing roof stuff really needs to affect the monsters too, and it's just a bit much to see the party suffer co-ordinated knockdown every 4s or less in some areas - how much junk is there to fall down anyway?! Collapsing cathedral, great idea, just went a bit overboard on the falling masonry and didn't think how to mark safe / dangerous areas properly
Apart from hating the gameplay on this mission, I think it's great

sorry to report its not.
Just spend half an hour in a very good group trying to ge ther to the door. At one point we had her at about 5 meters and she couldnt do it.
Maybe the most frustrating part about it is that i've seen the cutscene that follows (at a friend of mine who brought necro sacrifice skills). She actually mentions that she was afraid her spell wouldnt work. Well go figure if you try to do it from 15 yards out.

It's probably a typo in their newest update message, which should have read:
Fixed a bug that sometimes allowed the Arborstone mission to be completed
nm me, I'm just bitter after trying it twice. Tried to lure Dannika around to no avail...
Before update though, my other char ran through the mission with henchies without a problem.

I've now got two characters stuck on this mission - my first one made it thru on the first try. Granted, I've only had enough game time to try it a few times, but between bad PUGs and Danika, it is starting to seriously annoy me...
(Last PUG: 3 enemy groups. While I use longbow to pull one, W runs off to another, and A runs off to a third. Then Oni's pop up...)

My 5th time trying this mission was last night. I hadnt played Factions for a full week while i was waiting for my CE to come in. I finally get it and BAM it still doesnt work. Danka was AT the doors, like right beside it, and she just started spamming "Blood of Zu Heltzer" completing the skill MANY times without anything happening or the doors opening. After 1 full week of waiting i still cannot get any further in this game, ridiculous.
Just to re-iterate the problem::
ARBORSTONE MISSION IS STILL BROKEN!! ANET FIX THIS BUG ASAP PLZ!! WE HAVE BEEN WAITING PATIENTLY FOR A WHILE NOW!!!

It's still very much bugged this morning, as I tried with an all-human squad fighting to the end, clearing all the baddies. But no, the door still didn't open, no matter how many times she casted that spell to full completion. We figured it's either Anet lied to us, or this Danika is actually an imposter.

Still won't open...6th run this day...European Arborstone is still broken...
If we were just able to skip this mission and venture further into Kurzick territory, I wouldn't mind a bugged mission. But now alot of players, including first-timers just can carry on with the storyline...
OPEN UP!!!
After 10 mins, she still was using "BLood of zu Helzer". So our Nec tried forcing her to open the door, by spilling Viktor's ashes all over her...of no avail...

well.. just tried this mission.. i'm in it now.. while writing this.. i like how the guild wars website says it's fixed, when in reality, they just mamde it worse..WTF A-NET.. QUIT SCREWING UP ALL THE TIME. A 4 YEAR OLD COULD SCRIPT BETTER THAN THE PPL YOU HAVE
