Canthan Chars Get Skill Quest in Tyria Now?
Or has that always been the case, and I was just misinformed? Brought my Warrior I created in Cantha, and decided to try and get through some Missions, and checked out quests, and low and behold there were skill rewards. Now maybe I'm wrong, but I thought that didn't happen. Either way - happy will save me lots of platinum

Nope, it's always been that way. Now, there are some quest givers who would normally give a Tyrian character a quest and they won't give a Canthan character a quest. As far as I know that includes *ALL* of them prior to reaching Lions Arch and a couple afterwards (You cannot do the one where you have to find and escort the pet hog with a Canthan char), but otherwise you will recieve your quest rewards as normal.

there aren't any skill rewards for assassins and ritualists though
