EoE on Urgoz?
I'm just wondering if EoE is gonna be effective again Urgoz. I mean, with all of those explosives die, EoE may trigger damage on Urgoz. I've acutally heard people beat Urgoz with EoE, but never done this myself. I'd very much like to hear from someone who've acutally beaten Urgoz with EoE, not just wild guess. Thanks

we tryed it last night got all the way there with 6 left of our 12 man grp. 4 err 7s all with in 10mins of eachother at the 2nd to last room. (thats another thread all together) anyway cant seem to find the right place to put it without the explosives die everytime we put it down an explosive would spawn and kill it. ???
I know that an alliance grp had beat him with EoE, but havent been able to pick there brain on how exactly its done. We will be trying this again tonight. Best run to him so far 2hours 42 mins! 4trappers 2 nukers 2 necs Ss & MM 3 monks 1 puller (sin or war) Works well if you can get at least 7 peeps there, but ive heard it can be done with a few as 5?? Will post up result of tonights run. Peace |

EOE is a double blade for sure. For my experience, EOE is quite effective for all the rooms through the whole mission. However, at the end when fighting the boss, it is very dangerous if someone in the group have lots of DP. Ask a warrior to take shield up as well. It will be quite nice.

I think you need Shelter aswell, maybe Shelter applies to spirits aswell?

If you can kill him over time I don't know. I do know that he takes damage from the exploding small creatures.

In general, anything that requires things (pets or players) to die is dangerous in an elite mission. Don't risk failing.

What is the range of eoe? I placed it in a safe place (no popups) and it didnt harm Urgoz. If you place it to near, the explosives kill the eoe-ghost. And due to the 5s long cast-time at least 2 explosives will spawn around the eoe.

theres spot close enough to urgoz.. but far enough away to keep explodings away.. but we dont wanna give away that spot in fear of the nerf bat now do we

Yes... a well place EoE is all you need to kill Urgoz. Did this w/ my alliance the other day.

You can run to the other side of the room and place the EoE, if you don't have draw spirit. Far enough to keep EoE safe.

cool it does work and all you do is kill urgoz dont worry about the worms. place eoe by the pillar to left side of urgoz, works like a charm dead in 1.45sec flat, awesome!
2 drops 1 guy WTF! LOl Guildie anyway he gave the flatbow to a guildie cool dude, but kept the longbow ftw. |
