Well I done it 5 times.3 time with non hench and 2 times with.With non hench 2 times in a row Togo died before we even got to him.I was ticked.Didnt even get to area where he was.Only thing is with hench I did get to the 3rd area both times.The other time with people we died at 2 area when Togo died.Not a happy camper....oh well

NOw I get why I saw a 9th men joining... he is the second team... and thats why togo died before even reaching the first group of assasins: he was all alone and screwed us up...
So there are actually 2 parties in this mission, thats a nice twist, guess not many ppl reaced the local quarter mission, because I never saw a party remaining...
Oww and that healer hench is screwed up pretty bad... no healing comming out of that with only sig of dev and no DF
SO TO ALL THAT SAY THE MISSION IS IMPOSSIBLE: it is when you dont have a proper second party... to all who say its easy... you just where lucky. Can somebody that did the "local quarter" side of the mission share his/her xp with this mission?

Tried mission with hench, and they just run away from me and togo and let the mob kill us all (they ran off to find the second party as it came in)
Got on a team with 3 lvl 14 assassins healer hench nec and 2 rit and managed to complete it.
42 minutes only 1 sword... at least it is done, will go back when they iron the bugs out and i am bored.. maybe

I just managed to do this - we had nice, balanced team with e.g. me as ranger spamming Barrage and 2 necros spamming wells. The Canthan team consisted of only one Ritualist and 7 henchies, but she kept everyone alive until we got there! Pretty nice feat.
After that the mission was annoyingly long and the hordes of enemies ridiculous, but we passed anyway.

No matter what I do I can't do this mission, When the someone doesn't trigger the bug people leave or die so quickly it just isn't funny, and when they trigger the bug they tend to be skilled fighters. And i've never ran into anyone but all henchies for the second group.
I haven't had factions a day and knowing that they is more of this ahead makes me want to uninstall the game right now.

Tried last night, all I was getting was massive lag, complete jerkovision. Will try later. Must admit while I was playing all i seemed to do was hit 'c' then 'space' and the occasional cyclone axe..

I tried 4 times today, no success each time.
First time, Mehnlo bugged.
Second time, henchies were the local team, they died on the second wave, and was killed on the third.
Third time, Mehnlo bugged differently (He spawned in the middle of a huge group on the first wave and was killed almost instantly)
Fourth time, local henchie team was killed during first wave, didn't stand a chance for the second wave.

I just tried this one. Went in with henches, and started at Togo. Soon enough the other team joined in. We cleared this entire map! Nothing happened.... I'm really getting tired of the Factions bugs. Maybe I'll just go to UW until they're fixed. >.>
edit: Ohh, and if you do this mission, DO NOT bring EoE. Some guy on my other team did, and he must be blind or something cause he didn't notice we took damage when enemies died. I now officially hate EoE....

This is one akward mission. I just tried with humans for the first time (attempted with henchies first) and hardly anyone responded to my calls (I was the only one calling) and in the first big fight (where they are coming at you from all angles) everyone died within like 2 minutes

Factions bugs FTW!
I just had a great PUG then, we killed all the mobs in the 3 main areas pretty comfortably, but alas, Mhenlo and Togo just stood in their spawn points....
Soo frustrating....
One piece of advice though, a Wells Necro exceeds in this mission. I was able to keep 5+ wells up the whole time due to things dying constantly!

I feel pretty bad with this mission. It's already hard to find a good group with random people in a normal mission, but now you also rely on another random group. The first time I tried, I didnt know there were two teams fighting together. I went with henchies then. The first team left/didnt show up/whatever: I never saw them. I managed to reach Togo with Mehnlo alive and kill all the mobs till the "fun part" where I was outnumbered I died.
Then I realized there are two teams. Going with henchies may be good is you're alone, but objectively having real players is better and for the sake of the other team, I didn't want to go again with henchies. So I joined a group. We carefully moved towards Togo. Half way, everybody died. The other team hadnt understood they had to keep Togo alive. 3rd atttempt then. The other team: 1 guy with 7 henchies. Togo dies again. I managed to complete it next attempt.
I really think if we MUST have two teams, ANET should mod the code so a team full of real players cannot be pitted with a team full of henchies unless there are no other team available. Factions would be really boring if all the missions were like this. There is some fun, but stuff need to be fixed.

Finally gave in on repetitive quests and took my beloved Ranger there last night. After half an hour of spamming LFG (me and about 8 other Rangers), I gave up and started a B/P group.
Was a bit worried after reading all the issues people had, but we ripped through it - took 24 minutes.
The other team were saying things like "wtf is going on - how can they do this so quick" and "Yay for B/P" as we basically carried them through. Had none of the problems people have described with npc's not talking to each other.
Was a total blast - we had no deaths on our team at all and I think only 1 on the other team. Makes me realise why I play Ranger so much

First day of Factions me and a bunch of Level 12-16's in the local quater did the mission, Breezed through keeping togo alive and lo and behold a team full of uber good koreans comes running down, Safe to say even though my team had alot of deaths (Flesh of My Flesh is great for battle ressing btw.) it went by quite easily.

I can't get past this foreign or local quarter. Too many chances of either bug, bad PUG, bad other PUG, just dying. Almost had it with henchies, but they don't have stamina. Ugh...need a break!

I've done it twice with PUGs already.
- Monk x2, Fire Ele x3, Useless Mending War x3 (I was boon, and the other monk was heal). No "local" team
- Damage War x2 (me and a guildie), 1x Hench Monk, Well Necro, MM, 2x Barrage Rangers, Fire ele
Neither one had a local team, and I've never had a problem beating it... once I gave up doing me + 7 henchies.

First attempt, my team did fine, the other team, quickly build up DP, finally whipping right before the last fight of the mission. Why did they die? Because the second team was 7 henchies lead by a lvl 12 sin, who was wearing starter armor.

One way to make sure that Togo stays alive is to just run to Togo and ignore everything there, the cutscene warps everyone over.

QFT...this entire mission hinges on getting a decent team on both sides...before i finally beat it, i had a run of three tries in a row where the other team let Togo die before we could get to them...
