Hi to all

I have a problem with a quest

I need to find who gives "The Halcyon Job" quest to capture Way of the Empty Palm.

I 've searched i all cites and i have not found who gives this quest or who gives the first quest if it's a chain

Can you help me pls?

think you can get it in boreas explorable north of that challenge mission..

By "boreas explorable north of that challenge mission" - the challenge mission referred to is Zos Shivros Channel

You can cap Way of the Empty Palm without the quest, I did atleast. There's another assassin boss in the same place as the quest boss would be, without the quest.

It was fixed/added in one of the recent patches.

Fine, the quest itself: The Halcyon Job, Captain Lexis at Cavalon.
