I need this to get to House zu Heltzer. I can't figure out how to get it or where to start. thanks for any help sparks |

It depends where you are, but basically, if you just follow the missions and primary quests, you'll get there.

You have to beat Aborstone and Boreas Seabed. After that an NPC in Maatu Keep will send you to SunJiang District.
