My only suggestion would be to go through the explorable areas backwards from Harvest Temple going to Unwaking Waters (Luxon) then to Leviathan Pits and Gyala Hatchery.

Perhaps you could try helping someone else do "Stolen Eggs"? I'm not sure if it would work but maybe if you were with someone else who had the quest they may be able to get you into the hatchery?

Not sure if that would work but I know if Tyrian characters want to get into Vizunah Local they tend to have to go with a "Mayhem in the Market" group.

This was the case with my brother an I....He was going to the Sunjiang District and I still needed to do the quest just before it....so I went along with him and because he had the quest to get him in we both got in...despite me not having the quest "Battle in the Sewers" or whatever it's called.

yeah just do this. you'll need luxon faction. Unfortunately nobody runs this for some reason, or i'd be paying for people to take me to leviathan pits on occaision, so you'll need hench and patience.

i honestly doubt you can run it up, i have a friend who tried lots of times, with different ways, no matter what faction of what side he had, they wouldnt let him in. it only works if you have the outpost unlocked already.

my suggestion would be going to maatu keep, and checking if jamei has something for you. mabye you befriended the luxons on another char and never finished travel to cavalon? thats a possibility.

if not, its a real nasty bug, good luck with getting it fixed.

It may sound stupid, but if it's been awhile, it could be possible that you accidentally abandoned the quest at some point. I would go back and try to do journey to Cavalon again. I have seen instances where abandoning a quest will actually take you back 2-3 quests. I don't know if it's a bug or intended. But check back with Jamei in Maatu Keep and see what she says. Also try Watchman Bencis in Zos Shivros Channel, as it may be a bug and consider your quest as active, without having it in your quest list.

This could also be the case for the egg mission. Check to see if the chest is there, even though it doesn't say that you have the mission.

As for Anet… Bug the hell out of them. It is truly the only way to make sure you get a response from them. Create a new ticket everyday and they will either respond or move it up to someone higher who can respond. Keep doing this until you get a good response, or you know for certain that they truly can't do anything about it.

Heh, I'd hate to run that! Those Shiro'Ken's at the beginning are nasty! It's fairly easy with hench though, I took 7 hench with me and evenually got Kunvie Firewing down for my beloved skill Ride the Lightening...it's perfectly doable but, yeah, sometimes you have to have a lot of patience if the henchmen are having an off day....oh...and remember to pay the guard at the shrine, just in case you do die!

You only need to have done the befriending quest to be able to enter.

if you goto the door at Gayla hatchery, the guy there will tell you where you need to go to get in. Its been awhile since I've been there, but i do recall being stuck, and the guy told me why he wouldnt let me in.

ok the reason why i didnt share the solution is cause it totally still puzzles me to the point that i feel like the biggest moron in the world.

Since i Edited the original problem, here is what was wrong. I could not attain the quest "Stolen Eggs" that allows a player to get into Gyala Hatchery and continue the story line. I had tried everything from completing ALL available quests up to cavalon, helping some1 else who COULd get the quest, getting another 10k luxon faction, and more to try and solve this. Nothing worked.

Mokone suggested talking to Jamei in Maatu Keep again. I had originally dismissed that idea, since i was ALREADY in Cavalon, and in my thinking, you could only GET into cavalon after alreay talking to Jamei and getting the "Journy to Cavalon" quest.

SOooooo, today i got fed-up with Anet not even offering simple suggestions, that i started ALL the way back in Kaineng to make sure i had gotten ALL main quests completed. I checked EVERY town from that point and beyond. I arrived at Maatu Keep and guess what? Jamei still had "Journy to Cavalon' quest for me! Problem solved. But now i have to do "Befriending the Luxons" again!! ><

I think i still experienced a bug at one point, because i know for a fact that i had completed and gotten the reward for "Journey to Cavalon" AND "Befriending the Luxons". How i know? I had a witness. A friend did all those quests with me over a month ago where we even did Aspenwood over and over to gain Luxon faction for the quest. We BOTH went to get the reward for gaining 10k Luxon faction from Elder Rhea at the SAME time. I asked him if he remembered me leaving before getting the reward, and he said that he specifically remembers me getting the reward cause we both got that shimmery light as we gained a skill point!

Idk, mebe im insane and it was a different character, but according to my memory and my friend, it wasn't. SO needless to say, i still feel like a complete moron for never checking with Jamei. Thanks again Mokone!

maybe it was on another char? i cant say, but i know the befriend quests arent for your whole account, its just for your character.

however, glad you got it solved, next time just do what others told you to anyways, else youll have a lot of stuff to do.

also, two points. its possible that you can get into cavalon through another way (run), or get the journey quest and abandon it for whatever reasons, can happen and did to quite a few i know!

As I said, sometimes when you abandon a quest it will bug out and actually abandon 2-3 quests before that one as well.

And as he said you can get to Cavalon without getting the quest, you simply go through Breaker Hollow.
