This is available from the afflicted guard quest in Bukdek Byway from the 'Afflicted guardsman Feng' who is the quest target... and often will already have been killed by the guards in the area leading to an automatic quest update.

Mirror of Ice is on the Elementalist Construct (Sunjiang District)
Soul Bind is on the Necromancer Construct (Sunjiang District)
Energy Surge is on the boss just above where you get the Urn of Saint Viktor in the Arborstone mission
Wrath From Beyond was renamed Clamor of Souls - it no longer exists

Wanderlust is in Tahnnakai Temple explorable area off a temple guardian boss called Quansong Spiritspeak. You might want to talk to the emperor there (if you havent already) and then rezone, I think some of the mobs arent there when he is. Quansong is in the middle northern part of the map.

A few notes on Quivering Blade: To make the boss appear, 2 things have to occur:
1. Turn the Am Fah in the area hostile (will explain)
2. Rezone at least once.

I wasn't able to find the boss until (after Racthoh's suggestions) I completed the "Assist the Guards" quest and tried to clear some other quests that I had opened, including "The Search for a Cure" and the followup "Seek out Brother Tosai" (those quests are documented already in the guildwiki, if anyone wants to check quest givers etc). Then, by talking to Brother Tosai, you are offered to chose between 2 quests: Drink from the Chalice of Coruption or do not drink (excuse me for not taking note of the offer, I have done the quests so I cannot backtrack).

Either chose apparently turns the Am Fah in the area hostile (and they will keep hostile ever after). I chose the 2nd option, and then killed Brother Tosai and reported him to the palace, which concludes the quest. The next time I entered Bazaar, Sun was there, in the location indicated in Racthoh's post.

Note that Racthoh was able to cap apparently before getting in the Chalice choice of quests, so I don't know if something else triggers the Am Fah in Bazaar to become hostile. This is how it worked for me, if someone else is able to reproduce the spawn maybe we can find out what makes it happen.

One more note: The elite W capture in Bukdek Byway is Enraged Smash, during the quest "The afflicted guard". This is how I got it and couldn't remember in my 1st post in the topic. I saw people reporting that they got Furious Axe during it from "Afflicted Guardsman Feng" and even tried to go for the capture, asking a player who had the quest to party with me.

The actual boss of the quest is Afflicted Guardsman Chun (you can guildwiki's quest notes here: http://gw.gamewikis.org/wiki/The_Afflicted_Guard

Seriously? I was hoping it'd be like Blood is Power - from Chapter 1 but available in Chapter 2 with some hunting. Having to play through all of Chaper 1 yet again just to get to use Spiteful Spirit is pretty depressing.

I believe archers signet is off of Nundak the Archer in the middle of Melandrus Hope. Though I never saw him use it he is a dredge boss and signet is the elite for all the gatherers. He moves around alot so it may take some time to find him.

Hundred Blades is on the warriors construct at the end of the Sunjiang District Mission

In Maishang Hills there are naga Bosses with Lightning Surge (Sarss, Stormscale) and Escape (Stsou Swiftscale).

In Boreas Seaboard Exploreable There is a Naga Warrior Bosss Sskai, Dragon's Birth with Dragon Slash

Also in the top right corner there seems to be a mini guild hall with tons of Luxon Assassins the Assassin boss there Senkai, Lord of the 1000 Daggers Guild seems to also have way of the empty palm.

I been looking for whirling axe and Coward to finish off my pve warrior anyone seen them? I'm up to Raisu Palace and still no sight of anyone who even uses those skills. Did anyone use a cap sig on the Vasburg general at the end of the Luxon defend the hatchery quest? I capped him in the beta he had nothing but they might of added something to him since then.

Remove Byzzr Wingmender from the healing ligth list he had two elites in the beta but just one in retail
Probaably the same thing with Nundak the Archer and Ryver mossplanter in the beta they both had spike trap and another Elite but in retail probabaly only have the other elite.

I haven't been able to find an anwser of this so I decieded to post it. I want to get my Cathan born warrior ViM, glad's defense, and hundred blades and couple other elites. Am I going to have to take take him to Tyria to cap these or are they probably in Catha and have not been found yet?
