Castellan Rank is bugged! Can't do missions!
I already said in another thread that NPCs aren't talking to me once I had finished the game, but it's not the quests but instead it's my rank.
I tried to join a group for the missions on the starter island, since I can't make the mission start myself (the NPCs say odd things to me, see below). Have you reported this issue to A.net support yet by anychance? Most likely it's a bug, but you'd best let them know about it.

Right now I'm not talking about the scouts, I want to do the missions, Jokanur Diggings and Blacktide Den. And the NPCs don't let me.
