Why was it so easy for me to beat it? I mean Shiro only went after me and he really didnt' kill me at all..actually none of my party died that whole mission.

Anyone got a picture of the final boss? (insert any spoiler warnings here)
spoilers don't bother me one bit, if anything I find them exciting.

I killed Shiro on my 2nd try actually. He's really easy if you bring Spoil Victor and the right skills. :]
Abaddon was a joke. Killed on the first try.

Well *SPOILERS*
I just went down one of the paths, doesn't matter which one. Killed those two things, killed and Torment Claws that popped up, went around the top to the other side and killed those two and went to the middle. Waited for that one blast, then went in and killed the other two. Then he was vulnerable, I pounded on him..you see this reddish light flash, then you have one more round of attacks (about 8 adrenal) then you need to run right up the middle path, to avoid getting attacked by those things that come back. Take care of any Claws..then repeat above until he's dead. Fairly easy, but those blasts can be bad.
What I recommend is, have one of your warriors or non casting hero's carry Martyr. That is to take the daze condition off everyone after Abaddon does that blast attack. Then have a healer take Heal Party, maybe two if you can spare it. Bring hex removal for the Crippling Anguish/Conjure Phantasm thingys. Also since they can become dervish's as well, make sure your tanks have stances, or carry aegis. Balanced Stance might help too. I'm thinking bonus is under 25 minutes, so no Dolyak or anything, ya shouldn't need it. Martyr, hex removal and HP are the main skills. You also want to have some sort of degen for Abaddon. That's about it.
Yeah Loki, it took more brains, and not even that much to figure out how to kill him. It's just repeat over and over and have the right skills. Easy as pie.

I just now beat it too. Completely forgot about Spoil Vicor for Shiro but oh well. I nabbed the 15>50 +30 + Crippling Bow for my ranger as a substitute for Nandets Recurve. The armor really looks nice. Now time to do a little capping and hero getting.

***Spoilers in the question***
I've been trying to beat this mission on my ele (fire nuker) for the last 5 hours with heroes/henchies and failed at Shiro-Lich each time. Is it even possible to do without real players?
My party setup was E/Me(Myself), E(hero, fire nuker), Mo(hero, WoH healer), N (hero, SS), Healer Hench, Warrior Hench, Holy Hench, Earth Hench.
Any suggestions for (a) party and skill setup, and (b) tactics for Shiro, in particular would be greatly appreciated :/

I did Shiro with my ele without any problems. I was set up for Fire + Heal Party, no idea what the exact bar was but it doesn't matter.
Heroes were:
Koss - Sword w/ Auspicious Parry, Watch Yourself
Tahlkora - BLight / Protspirit
Morgahn - Aggressive Refrain / GftE / Anthem of Flame
Henchies: Paragon, Protection (Khim), Necromancer, Mesmer
Tactics - Ignore Shiro. Power down the Lich. After he's down, start capping shrines, just run to each one ignoring Shiro. He's entirely harmless at this stage. After all five shrines are captured and you're piled in buffs, order all of your henchmen to guard their current location - I.E., just plant a flag on the ground. Planting a flag makes the henchies stop following you so literally, and start running around intelligently. As Shiro teleports around, your henchmen should distribute themselves to spread out, and eventually Shiro should start attacking Koss. This is ideal. When Impossible Odds hits, if all is going well, it shouldn't matter. He'll be attacking one guy while everyone else continues pummeling at range. After 20-30s, you win.
The only real keys are to only bring one melee guy, and to plant the hero flag so that the henchmen will kite around and spread themselves out.
Peace,
-CxE

Well, I was going to go through with my Dervish first. But, that ideas gone to pot. IMO, I find them a bit boring to play day after day. So, I'm going to blaze through NF with my W...and get that endgame armour!
