There is a lot of glitched quests and missions.
I remember the one with the punping stations. Everytime i turned them off the game crashed. I had to attempt with +50% extra damage.

For the really difficult enemy at the end of the second last mission i just setup all my heros to make sure he couldnt hit me and if he did he wouldn't absolutely own me. I threw everything at him, Shadow of Fear, Reckless Haste, Wards, Faintheartedness, evasion stances, guardian.
Took me a while to beat him down as i lost alot of my damage to the specific hero builds but it is possible with just one player in the party. Beating him was more satisfying than Abaddon

lol sheesh, now was that with a new char or a previous char? Anyway, all my chars are still on noob island. I like taking it slow and enjoying the scenery. Also, I'm play multiple characters and trying to get survivor on each, so... its taking a while lol. Had to restart my gon 3 times (once because I didnt like how she looked and twice because I died). Anyway, to each their own Congrats on finishing it! I'm still a few months away. latah!

Well, congratulations to all who finished the NF PvE.
Still, as far as I am concerned I am taking it extremely slow. My paragon is like lvl 15, just hit the Sunspear Commander rank and still has a bunch of quests to do in Istan. I am not even at Blacktide Den mission yet.
Doing every single quest when playing trough for the first time is so much fun, plus taking sunspear scout blessing while mapping an area or questing there is so rewarding. I really like PvE in Nightfall.

I can give some advice for those who have troubles with defeating Abaddon.
This is how we did it...
Me(mesmer) and my friend(warrior) hadn't upgraded our heroes with runes so we took 5 henches and a blood necro hero for the mission.
(I was helping with the healing as mesmer/monk and controlling the necro hero to BR me and hench monks once in a while. The necro hero also had Extinguish which helped a lot.)
My friend was leading, because henches seemed to follow the team leader, and as a warrior he was always in front. It's very important that the team sticks together and kills stuff as fast as possible. If I were in the lead the henches would have been following me and it would have been a lot harder.
We killed Abaddon's minions (can't remember the name of the monsters) from left and right side first, and then from the middle. I didn't have much time to check what was going on, but my friends said that the middle ones resurrected if other groups weren't killed fast enough.
When Abaddon pulled his head up again, we ran back to the left or right side as fast as possible and we were able to avoid his attack.
With this tactic the mission took us 12 minutes and we got masters reward.
