Broad head arrow for heros???
Umm either its me being a dork or I cant find this skill for my hero anywhere. Im at the Dasha vestibule and most posts are saying use this skill for the major interuppts,
But the hero skill trainers dont have this ( prob cos its an elite) and its not in my heros skill list at all, please please dont tell me i gotta get a ranger set up and go to cantha to cap this .... if not how or where do i get this skill for my hero? Thanks |

Go pvp in random arenas, get 3k balth faction, and unlock it at a priest of balthazar.

either gotta go cap it in Factions or unlock it with Balthazaar points |

If you have a canthan character just change secondary to ranger and you can cap it pretty early in the Boreas Seabed mission. But yes I believe this is a Factions only elite.
