stuck at the cemetery
so...

I believe after completing that mission, you were returned to Kamadan and right in front of you want a guy with a green "!" over his head.
Go back to Kamadan and find a guy, in the docks area (not the Sun Docks) - it's in the southwestern part of Kamadan - and he will give you the quest "The Consulate is Called". |

I cant remember if I was transported or not, but i'll check kamandan neways.
