Mystic regeneration?- wheres it at
ive been looking for this skill 4 a while but i cant find it. googled it too and guild wiki'd it also. Does anyone know where to find it?

The only trainers are Dau in The Mouth of Torment and Zendeht in Gates of Torment. You might be able to cap it earlier, I'm not sure.

Easiest way to get it is to unlock it for PvP using balthazar faction (can be gained with any character, even by just doing the zaishen challenge training missions or gain it in RA, etc). Once unlocked for PvP you'll be able to buy it at any skill trainer in Nightfall.
