Consulate docks mission: where is the kournan bombard?
Been walking in circles quite a while now, but I cant find the bombard. There is 1 bombard on a little island in the harbour but no way to get there. What am I missing?

If you follow the other objectives you should get to it, it looks like a catapult I'm fairly certain.
