So far I ran mesmer, warrior dervish, monk, monk hench combination most of the time.
I tend to take the Earth hench sometimes.
Heroes depend on quest / mission (or just leveling).

For henchies, I usually go with Devona, Gehraz, the Mesmer, and the Earth henchlady. I don't like Cynn since I have bad memories of her messing with aggro. :P

For heroes it depends on my class...

1 Warder
1 Nuker
1 MM
...when I play with my ele.

2 rangers
1 MM
... when I play with my ranger or my para (no other char in Elona yet... not far at least).

But that's a general build: I may change it when the mission/area requires a specific build.

And for the henchies:
Devona
Khim
Menhlo
Sologon (motivation dude)
or the Earth ele instead of Devona when I gotta take Koss with me for the mission (or when I have to take one hero monk, then I kick Mehnlo).

And Cynn, alias Lady Firestorm is a big no-no for me: I'd rather go with 7 people in the team.

Dunkoro - Heal spec, minor interrupting
Jin - Barrage/Interrupt

Kihm
Herta
Gehraz*
Devona*

*I'll sub these two for Sogolon and Aidan/Cynn if I need a ranged group. Cynn really is a last resort though because her scattering is annoying.

It completely depends what I'll be facing and/or what the mission requires. For a long time I would take Zhed and Sousuke as dual searing flames/interrupt, but in Torment I found that only served to multiply groups with AoE damage via CthT. At the moment I don't have a particularly good selection of ele skills anyway. I'm rubbish with ele's

. Mind Blast worked pretty good I suppose. Zhed has been known to blind dervish bosses (Blinding Surge ftw). Margrid as Broadhead/interrupt for evil, evil ruby djinns/ele bosses (she's gotten me out of more scrapes than I can remember). I <3 Margrid. Tahlkora is pretty much permanently in the team as prot. Norgu has been known to come as Psychic Distraction + other interrupts. Olias likes to mm, and has recently taken a liking to Jagged Bones. I don't really use Dunkoro either, but if I have to he comes as Healing Light healer/interrupt. I usually do his job for him. The henchies I take depend on the heroes I choose/have to bring.

Depends on who I'm on, really... I generally take Tahlkora, Koss, and Jin for a decently well rounded combo, then take Khim, Devona, Sogolon, and Gehraz as the henchies.

On my elementalist, I take Zhed, Sousuke... and everyone gets Searing Flames/Glowing Gaze! Yay! Morgahn is thrown in for good measure.

On my necro... everyone's lineup goes something like AOE hex, FoC, Desecrate, Defile...

On my ritualist, I bring Olias (OoP), Master of Whispers (OoA), and Tahlkora (E-drain boonprot), and then grab Devona, Sogolon, Gehraz, and Aidan.

...I seem to have a rather bad trend with the builds I use. XD

Most of the time I use Searing Flames/Glowing Gaze on Zhed and Soldier's Fury/"They're on Fire!" on sir general Morgahn, sir. Third hero is whatever fits, plus 2 healer henches (Mhenlo is must to have!) of course trusty Sogolon and I usually take ol'good Devona just because I like her quotes about idiots

when I am by myself I bring ducko (mo/rt) and zhed (water--ice, slows em down)...and madgrid (poison and crippling)....henchies---monk, paragon, devona, and the illusionist (conjure phantasm!)....I am playing a mes/r right now----mostly dom.
When I start playing my smiting monk I will rethink who I will bring.
My ele is playing with my husband so we each bring heros depending on what is necessary for the quest/mission (though we like to leave koss behind).

My Tyrian main always goes with Devona and comapany whenever they're available. Same way as Factions.

The last spot usually changes depending on the mission. I only joined a pug for two missions, the rest were henchies/heroes

The Elonian paragon guy (I think he uses "Their on Fire")
