Reward for the Battle of Turai's Procession
I understand it's a "master difficulty" quest (and boy was it hard) but i think the reward for it doesn't match up to just how hard the quest is!
Reward:
4000 XP
400 Gold
Kournan Coin
That is all you get for what is imo the hardest quest i have completed during Guild Wars. The Villainy of Galrath gives 4000 xp and is simple compaired to this mission. Anyone else agree that it needs some kind of reward buff?

Well, what do you think the reward should be? After awhile xp becomes moot, I guess more money is always welcome (though the money rewards were really low or none for tyria) and maybe another kournan coin? Can't remember if there were any quests that gave more than one...
On the other hand, I'd rather do this than galrath. Margonites aren't that tough and they're easy to get to, galrath you had to treck all the way there. You could do this quest several times over in the time it took to get to galrath. Plus I like this quest in that you only had to kill the margonites, not keep the centaurs alive. Cause THAT would be a master level quest. There's like 10-12 centaurs and they get owned by ONE mob of margs in the time it takes me to kill like 6 mobs? No wonder they're enslaved...

xp is not that important...
but probably two or three trade contracts might be a more rewarding reward

i would like 100000xp please and 100000 gold
If you're not happy with the reward... don't do it. Simple as. Nobody is forcing you to do it.

Do Galrath right when you have access to it, the henchies in LA are level 12, so try it lvl 12-15, and from LA..... then it's not an easy quest.
When you do it with max armor (picked up in Kaineng, Droks or Consulate Docks), are lvl 18-20 then it's not difficult at all.

The quest in itself was rewarding enough for me.

true true, but if thats the case why even bother doing any mission? no one is forcing you too after all
I was just seeing what everyone thought, am sure i have completed quests before that gave more then one coin before and i think this quest could do with a reward buff (maybe a little extra gold and another coin). It's not like it would be the first time they have buffed a quest reward.

true.... but i am complaining because i enjoy doing quests... and this one could use a little more rewarding reward since it is the most difficult one i have ever met...

I would understand if i was complaining about missions but i'm not. And if i
want to move on in the story i HAVE to do missions. So in a way i am being forced to do them.

XP becomes moot? Not if you're a skill hunter who needs skill points to buy those annoying little signets of capture.
And since I already did the quest, I personally would be a little bit peeved if they increased the reward without compensating those who have already done it for the sake of doing it. And this is speaking from experience as one who did Villainy when it came out and got shafted when they put out the new rewards for it, I'd hate for that to happen again. Maybe that's just me.

I think there are many difficult master quests. This would not be one of them.

I agree, that is a very whimpy reward. I'd think all the hard quests would just reward you a skill point at the very least. It's not asking a lot, but it's a decent reward for hard level. Seems like the quests in factions just threw skill points around like crap, now there aren't any...
