yes, slow, but considering friday night I was at 27 LB points and now I am at 8,000 points and still managed to do a few missions + play in HA to the tune of 200 fame I'm pretty content with it.

Especially considering my character is only up to Vabbi.

Nah Silver Spook, I was referring not to LB farming groups requiring a high LB title to quickly farm. It would be requiring it for missions that I was referring to. Obviously, when farming anything at all a specific build or group build is preferable. Otherwise we would all sit here and lament that our warriors can't get into UW trap groups.

So I did the Torment farming thing to get to R4 Lightbringer - (round them up in 2 groups, 1 heros, 1 hench, go afk) - and got about 200 pts per hour while asleep. I still want to know how someone got 26000+ points...

same way you did ! you average just near 5k a day that way, so sey they did it for 5 days. bam, 25k. the game has been out for well over a week and that area is not too far in so..

"Tormented Lands" - warrior monsters in roughly the center, around a Whispers Informant who gives the bounty for them. They respawn where they die, so you can get them grouped up by pulling them to one or two locations.

Yep, the best place for them to auto spawn while you afk is the norther west portion of the center of that map. There is a spot where you can get 3 respawn every 2 mins. You park in the right spot and 3 of them will get withing henchie agro. They die very easily. 180 points an hour is slow compared to active farming, but good spot for afking.

*sigh* if those who knew about it had kept their mouths shut it wouldnt have gotten nerfed. I'm glad i found it the day of the release.
hint for the next person who finds an exploit like that..dont tell anyone and it wont get nerfed near as fast if at all.

Okay, I see what everyone means by the farming getting nerfed. Farming Torment creatures as opposed to respawning Tormented Lands still works though.

The thing they changed was to get rid of the wisper dude that gave you lightbringer points for the kills.

Tormented Lands farm is really slow anyways, only 200~ points an hour, though it was guaranteed to not suddenly end from killing too quickly. I'm pulling in around 450~ points an hour off of Torment creatures.

Those Tormented Lands were part of a quest arc anyway - once you'd done it they never spawn again...

Shame they removed the Whispers guy (haven't checked but just going on info here) as that was a nice boost whilst doing that arc...
