On and off all day most days.

In my experience a group of 4 Searing Flame Ele's can destroy most mobs super fast. However, if you wish to be more cautious, a pair is all you need really for nuking power. But two of three with a There On Fire spammer, and a burning arrow spammer, really helps greatly, as it will reduce the damage you take from mobs, while still dishing out alot of damage.

For me an ideal group would be one tank, 3 SF eles, 1 shouter, 1 interrupt burning ranger, 2 monks. Tank groups the stuff together, and the nukers butcher them. The ranger spreads burning to anything charging the backline, while the chanter spams defensive buffs and there on fire to reduce damage any melee mobs do to the backline.

Again this is just my biased way of group farming, as I love Searing Flames for it's ability to just destroy all in sight. When it gets nerfed obviously another tactic will be needed.
