I finally got around to picking up Nightfall, been playing Prophacies and Factions since release and just been busy with some other games recently. Anyway I have 2 questions:

1) How far through the missions can you get with just Hero's and henchies? I know playing a Derv I am going to have a hell of a time finding a group due to so many of them around at this time. Same thing happened with factions and the army of Assassins at every town LFG.

2) When I bring my characters over from the other 2 campaigns, will I have to do all those easy newbie quests to gain ranks so I can get in the Jokanur Diggings mission?

1) All the way

2) nope but u do later on have to do some Kourna Quests to get to sunspear rank 6 to be able to do the 4th mission

You can easily complete all mission with heros and henchies. There are a few missions I actually prefer human groups on, but all can be henched.

With characters from other campaigns, you can skip straight to Consulate Docks, and how no need to do Diggings. However, if you do decide to go back for it, you'll be able to access it immediately.

Actually, not any longer. The quest now says some thing along the lines of you have to have the rank or "be a leader Kormir recruited from a foreign land."
