hm, didnt seem to have any problems with these guys, but then again I was playing my mesmer interupter.....shut down all them casters pretty quickly.....

As a monk, I really don't have much trouble with the Rain of Terrors.
I beat Holding the Line with just heroes and henchies. I run Life Bond on my tank and squishies, and spam Aegis. Zealous Benediction is a great heal for a prot build. If you want to get fancy, you can spam ignet of Removal and use Arcane Mimicry to capture Healer's Boon off a monk hero. That's a great elite to copy. Just be sure to cast your Life Bond with your sup prot headpiece, and switch to the sup healing headpiece for your general heals (Orison ftw). I usually run fire-based heroes that deliver tons of damage AND increase defence with the Paragon's "They're on Fire." The ranger, in particular, sets everyone ablaze. 1. Ele spamming Searing Flames 2. Ranger spamming Barrage with a fire bow (and Conjure Flame) 3. Paragon buffing attacks and adding extra defence |

As a guy who has farmed 3 shrieking spear there with hero and hench, I got one advice for everyone who is struggling in that map. You need to observe the cross patrols, and notice if the area is also connected to somewhere else. And you need to bring enough defence to take on two mobs eventhough you might want thing you are fighting one because there is a heavy chance u'll aggro two. The last thing, paragon defense is really nice, they are on fire and stand your ground nealry halve the damage of rain of terror
