Need help mapping luxon cities
I'm currently sitting on 99.9% cantha explored. And I see a nice big chunk of fog right in the private area of zos shivros channel and bia paasu reach. If any one from those alliances could send me a PM in game I would greatly appreciate it.

You don't need to enter those areas via Alliances.
The area that is fogged is part of a Channel Mission near those areas. Check Guildwiki. You don't need to enter any of the Alliance only areas in order to get 100%... I should know.
