I just realized that Jin and Sousuke are not in my Heroes list. This is one of my Tyrian chars (my other 3 Tyrian chars do have the 2 Acolytes).
I was in Kodonur Crossroads doing some Hero mods when I realized. I went back to the island and could not find anyone to give me the quest. I finished off the Land of Heroes and The Time is Nigh quests, and ran around to all the obvious places looking for a green arrow, but no luck.
Am I now without them untill the end of game ?

You should be able to get the quest from Field General Hayao in the Sun Docks, a little explorable east of Kamadan.

go to the sun docks in kamadan, they will be standing off to the side and a person in front of you will have a "!" over his head.

Thanks..would you believe it...thats the only place I didn't look..I thought the other docks up by the Sunspear were the Sun Docks..
