Lightning in Salt Flats
Okay, found this today while exploring the area and it doesn't make any sense to me. Is it part of a quest or something or just something they put in for fun?

Altho i cant be sure 100%, im pretty sure its just some visual effect added there as eye candy.

A long time ago, I had the really bad idea of staying at the strike zone to see if the lightning would kill me. Sadly it doesn't.
