Having tanked and having been with many teams in DoA agro breaks it happens and there is very little you can do about it.
Best tanks spot's in general are around a corner (or barrel in foundry) making it so that the casters are casting through the object you are tanking at.
The rest is really up to the casters as there is very little as a tank you can do about keeping agro, take LB Gaze and wards or grasping or what not but that is about it. The casters just have to make sure they do not MS to fast and stay out of agro, and if agro breaks they have to deal with the few that come through or 1 designated caster gets bonded and such and tanks. This last one takes a team that trusts each other, but it works. Did gloom that way in under 2 hours first try.
Oh yeah unlike what it says on the OP's wiki post we took a BiP instead of SS that just makes the ele's faster and the overall kill speed. Also on the gloom bit maybe something should be added about why to kill the darknesses, it was kinda an adventure last night taking them on :P we managed with 1 warrior tank and one designated ele tank (not planned) and it took us like 45 minutes longer then planned chasing down the 30 or so earth tormentors :P
