Pretty sure my ego won't be coming down from atop that mountain anytime soon.
I should recommend that anyone that tries my farming areas give this a serious read through first. That way when they attempt a build that is already laid out for them, they'll understand how and why the skills are used. The charr work best since you will be fighting all 6 professions, so you can adapt and form a build that can handle each profession handily.

great suggestion, makk. i guess that part of the guide isn't as in-depth as it could be. it's hard to write something substantial about that though, since a lot of different factors can contribute to a build failing. it might not even be the build but the execution as well. perhaps build analysis can be part 2 of the series. stay tuned, true believers!
and as racthoh mentioned, part of the reason why i chose this area for the guide is because it puts you against all 6 professions. it's a lot more involving than taking on an all melee group due to the variety. it also has more party implications since you do need to be careful about aggro. as those who have already tried it discovered, taking on 2 is easy. aggroing 5+ of the wrong combinations will more than likely end in your demise. you can learn a lot of the basics about being a warrior by learning to do this run.

Yep.. big, really slow cast, rend enchantments. Can't think of any ways to deal with that.

Okay, I came up with a build, but honestly I would not not have needed the information provided to do so.
Either make a guide out of it or think why you posted this at all. Sorry for the harsh criticism.
I must admit while the idea of letting people think about a strategy without presenting them a build and strategy on the silver platter is good...
... the permanently displayed "bandwidth exceeded" images of photobucket and that there is no "example" build in the end really put me off.

hi. thank you for your continued interest in my guide. however, as i do not take unfounded criticism very well, i feel a need to address a few issues that you bring up.

i'm glad that you were able to formulate your own build. honestly speaking, if you were able to solo these charr without the information i had provided, then this guide was obviously not meant for you. i specified who the guide was meant for, and you are obviously already above that. i don't need to help anyone who can already help themselves.

perhaps *YOU* need to think about why i posted this. i know very well why i did. if you're looking for a detailed farming guide, look elsewhere. that's not how i work, and i stated that this is not a farming guide. as a matter of fact, i don't even need to think about it. the countless messages i have received of people thanking me for opening their eyes to new build possibilities and variations is enough for me. were they glad that i gave them a new farming spot? no, they were glad that they were able to come up with the build themselves. i don't teach people how to do something. i teach them how to teach themselves.

i honestly didn't think that the guide would be this popular. i had never had problems with my account bandwidth before until i posted this guide. within a few days, photobucket had warned me of my exceeding bandwidth. you may ask why i didn't try hosting it elsewhere and editing the links. well, you don't really need the pictures to do this. they were just visual proof that i myself had done it.
as for the example build, i was saving that up for part 2 of the series. maybe i've put it off for too long, but you know what, life happens. i also wanted to give people ample time to try it for themselves with nothing to base their builds from. i sincerely apologize for the delay in part 2, which will be an in-depth analysis of an example build, but it is on the way.

Does it mean that the colors on 1.5k platemail and 15k platemail are different?
