I am FED UP. im not even going for masters on it. I play a tank, and i dont know if its the groups i get or what, but i cant beat it. I even went thru and asked everyone on my friends list, and i finally got some people to help, and we still failed? is anyone else having trouble here, or is it just me??

If you just want to "get it over with";
I did it with just henchmen as a mesmer in 55 minutes using that method :
1. Kill the Tengu Stars first, they don't respawn.
2. Keep a tight control the henchmen with flags so they don't rush ahead of you and agro the Celestials. Keep them far from the Celestials.
3. Use a longbow (even if you are not a ranger) to attack the stars and pull them to you group of henchmen. DO NOT RELEASE THE HENCHMEN'S FLAG.
4. Once the Stars are killed and you have a clear path from Celestial to Celestial, kill the Kirin first and the essences will spawn (they are NOT healers but smithing monk and not that good at it so no big deal there). When going around a Celestial to go to the next area, use flags again to keep the henchemen in a tight leach.
5. For the other two Celestials, kill the essences around it the same way as the Stars and then the Celestial, one by one. Remember that they will respawn after a while so there is no going back ! Then go do the Turtle, the Dragon and at last the Phoenix (because a large group of mesmers casting "Image of Remorse" is a bad thing ! LOL) The last Celestial you can go for it without killing the essences around it as killing it end the mission.
Note: Bring couples of keys for the chests in the area !
That way you gonna be able to complete Nahpui Quarter and end up in Senji's Corner to go on to Tannakai Temple and the rest of the storyline.

if you dont care about masters, then nahpui is very easy. just pull, take your time, and know which way to go. if you just cant seem to do it, just dont kill the celestials the first time through. pull what you can, and then just run past them. if you dont kill them, they dont spawn any essences. then you go back at your leisure and kill them all.

Nahpui is easy if you want masters or not.
Start with the monk, Kaijun Don. If you start with the mesmer boss first you'll have pressure from degen via conjure phantasm all the way through.
When I do it I rend to just have a couple of eles, couple of monks, ranger, rit, necro, token warrior, and just steamroll my way through it. Heros/Hench are the way forards...so long as you call your targets.

If you see me online, give me a yell and I, my heros and our pets will come to your aid. I can not count how many times I have done this mission.

I feel your pain. I tried time and time again(I lost count after 8) in PUGs to do this mission and no matter the make up of the PUG we failed. Always because of aggroing too many groups at once because someone in the PUG is not as careful or patient as needed. And although in nearly every PUG someone suggested killing all the little mobs 1st before bosses, it never happend because again someone in the PUG was playing like an idiot and ignores good advice.
Yes it can be done without resorting to leaving bosses for last, but it takes smart and skillful players that pay attention.
In the end someone from my guild helped me out on his Rit, just the 2 of us and heros and henchmen got masters as easy as pie.... Really shows how pathetic PUGs can be.

Tha6s why I hate PUG's there ar always oone or two that make an easy mission a disaster. Even when I have been in guilded groups there is usually one person doing something wrong or not listening to reason.
All the other suggestions are good though, first time through i killed all the birds, then went for the celestials, managed to get expert on that, then with the release of nightfall I just took heroes and hench and with Melonni, Olias as MM, and a healing monk along with a warrior, two casters and monk hench managed masters quite easily, tackling the monk, necro, ele, and mesmer celestials quite fast.
I was a mesmer though and i can see a problem being a warrior as you lose some control of the heroes/henchies if you die and its far easier to die as a warrior in my experience.
This one is quite ok to do alone, Eternal Grove however is impossible and without a good second real player impossible, PUG's there can be disasterous!!!!
Hope you have good luck gettign this done

Nahpui Quarter isn't all that difficult if you pull and prioritise. When approaching larger groups, pull the star blades/sentinels/lights away and kill them first. Kill them in this order - lights first, then blades, then sentinels. They're horribly weak to lightning as well, so an air elementalist or a channeling ritualist can nuke through them exceptionally quickly.
If you're not too bothered about time, wait for their corpses to disappear (or otherwise exploit them if there's a MM in your group) before pulling the celestial creatures. The turtles' well of weariness is not a fun thing to deal with.

Post your heros/henchies/guildies. Take ur bow and pull and clean up. Never do this w/ PUGs or MM (not enough corpes any way). They agro and screw up. Did as warrior, monk and assassin many many times and never had problems finishing it. U can try with a bonder hero too. It works great. Good luck!!
