I do believe that the headgear is completely standard for paragons. At least when I got my high end armor the headgear was the same looking and cost as the 1.5k armors.

Seeing your post nearly makes me what to cry. It would have been so perfect, besides the lack of side views.
Unfortunately I can't use a single one of them because they don't follow #4 in my guildlines:
4) Please include a front, straight on view (This means that you don't seem to be looking at it from above or below), right side, left side, and back view of your armor. I will only be posting the front views in the OPs, but will link to the other views.
The fact that the view in your pics is looking down from above makes them completely useless to me, which is a shame because you've now dyed the armor, and thus it would be very costly to redo them grey.
*shakes head*
I might be able to use the grey front view for the time being, but I'll definitely need a new one before the gallery can be considered complete...

Humility and realism against extravagant failed design.
Female Monk Vabbian Armor: dyed black
Character: Sharantyr Drannor
Materials:
Head Tatoo: 5 Rolls of parchment/3 Vials of ink/2 Rubies/2 Sapphires + 5 Platinium
Armor Parts: Bolts of cloth/Bolts of linen/Rubies/Sapphires + 5 Platinium per part
In Action:
Overall Statement: With a successful compromise between comfortable humility and detailed design (a lot more details than Monk FoW Armor), i have been surprised to see a monk armor not crowded by paper over paper look (these wannabe priest outfits) or furball and meat flesh (cantha style). Out of all these new failed exotic armors in Nightfall, and keeping in mind that a monk shouldnt wear a golden platemail (simple question of realism), its the best choice to reflect the personality of my monk. I guess my FoW armor will stay in my storage as a simple accomplishment.

Hey Livingston, I recently reorganized my Photobucket through moving all my images to a GW folder. Problem is I broke the link to my 15k Primeval Ranger armor. Think you can edit in this link on your original post:

I've got a question. I dont think this thread is appropriate but I cant find more relevant one. Yes, it is "armor related"
Yesterday i wanted to equip my Necro with Vabbian armor but when I looked on the stats I was absolutely dissapointed. With current armor my energy is 42 (hp 50, 2 superior, 2x +2). What do I get if I put Vabbian...
basic 20 + 10 from armor (tunic and gloves) + 5 (1 Radiant insignia and 1 rune of attunement) ... and thats 35. Did I miscalculate something?

I recently picked up some female vabbian necro, but without the head scar (I don't like 'em anyway, why would I drop another 4 gems on it?). You want some shots of that undyed?

Sure why not.
I'll replace it once I have a full undyed, but it will work in the mean time.
Thank you,
Livingston
