I can't reach Vizunah Local Quarter.

I can't find the quest Mayhem in the Market anywhere. The quest giver is Headmaster Greico in Kaineng Docks but he doesn't have any quests for me anymore.

I haven't played Guild Wars for about 6-10 months so I don't know exactly which quests I did...

I also need to complete the Primary Quest A Master's Burden from First Mate Xiang in Seitung Harbor. I went to Seitung Harbor and there aren't any quests for me.

Help!

do a master's burden first then you'll get mayhem

if you're a foreign character, you'll have to tag along with a factions character that's heading to local quarter. mayhem in the market is only given to canthan native characters.

You might also want to make sure you finished Zen Daijun mission first. Go to the marketplace and there should be plenty of people who wants to do the last part of mayhem in the market.
