This is one the most seriously screwed up problems I have ever faced. Diessa Lowlands is one of the biggest zones in Proph and to clear it a Guildie group got around killing everything and then notice those crazy mfing hydras staring me in the face and not moving. Tried all of the following including the henchie hero thing and even a pet but nooooooo Anet had to emphasize it's hard mode.
THIS! IS! HARD! MODE! not only are the mobs super villains but they have to screw us with this nonsense. 3.30 hours wasted just wasted I tell you.
Sorry if I sound dramatic but this is just plain old crazy. come on ANet gimme my title.

Here's something I had a problem with...I had killed about 245 enemies outside ToA (forget the name of the place, Black Curtain?) over the course of about 24 hours. I logged in Monday night and got tired so I left GW on all night and all day until I got home from work on Tuesday at about 6. Vanquished much of the area, then ate dinner, then at about 8:30 (approximately the time I logged on Monday) I had to run to the store and figured "I'll finish when I get back..."

When I got back GW was turned off. I got a little pissy with the wife and she said it had said it timed out so she shut it off. I tried to log in and go back to where I left off, but no dice (was only gone about 15 minutes). Does GW just lock you out after spending too much time in game/in one area? I was thinking something along the lines of "You have been playing for 25 hours. We are taking a break for you. Disconnecting in 5...4...3...2...1 poof!"

LouAl — It's an Error 059: "If the account has been logged in for more then 24 hours it will be disconnected. Also, if the account is logged in and is inactive for more then 10 hours with no game play occurring, it will be disconnected."
