few tips...firstly this is kinda obvious but pull put either shiro or the lich
take monk, ele and (para(same build as already using))heroes
melee)
earth)
monk)henchmen
war )
try replacing broad head for incendary arrows...keeps em interupted and on fire...if you pull away one of them then it is alot easier to do...if they are continuely interupted and with reduced damage from fire and your para...thats how i did it on HM so...hope that helps....

My advice is to set you henchman just out of your aggro circle when you're at the gate, pull shiro 'till he's at the gate. he won't go any further and kill him there. Also use a knockdown skill when he uses battle scars. It's a stance, so knocking him down will end it quick .

I did this one with heros / hench.
My set up:
Monk (me) - Basic Prot Build - RoF, PS, Guardian, Aegis, etc
Olias - SV, Faintherless, Blood Ritual, etc.
Whispers - SS, Enfeeble, Price of Failure, Reckless Haste, etc.
Koss - With Charge to move around faster and Wild blow for Battle Scars.
+ Cynn, Eve, Odurra and Menhlo
I killed Shiro first, easy to pull. He has a huge aggro bubble. I placed a Superior Axe rune on Koss so he will be the one with lower health always, even with the teleportation skill of Shiro that teleports him to the next one who attacks him, he always went back to attack Koss. Make sure all your heros / hench are spread so if Impossible Odds kicks in it wont do so much damage.
After that I took every altar by flagging everyone past the altars. The Lich will follow you all the way, but it seems that his attacks are obstructable so if all your heros/hench are behind the altar he does no damage, or maybe I was just lucky. The Lich managed to kill Olias and Whispers while running from one altar to another but even with both of them death I managed to kill him just staying out of sight behind the altars. And once he locks on a target you can go out and arrow him to death (I did this with Koss - I kept him on avoid damage, I waited for The Lich to lock on one of the henchs and then changed Koss to attack mode)
I hope this helps.

TY, I used to believe that Lich should always go down first, that's what I normaly do in NM anyway.
I took the advice of killing shiro first this time in HM and everything went like a breeze.

Knock down doesn't remove a stance, you're thinking wildblow.

Yea, me too. But on HM I found that Shiro is more annoying than The Lich when you are taking the shrines, and it is ridiculous how easy is to pull Shiro from The Lich on Hard Mode. I'm glad you made it.

nvm, finished it just barely
killed shiro then while killing the first shrine the lich pawned half the team and the rest of us was hiding behind shrine so we ressed and he was just shotting the wall. flagged the hero he was targeting to stay there and we just walked around him to kill the other shrines and he just didnt stop trying to shoot the necro. after all shrines we sneaked back into shrine with lich and just use SS and SV on him, they get pawned with those 2 spells.
GL with other peoples attempt

I did this with my alliance in HM and it was very easy. Skip the warrior boss by going to the titans. Also skip the Shiroken fight as you could be overwhelmed. Fight the lich and shiro at the door way while killing the lich first. It helps to have an air ele to keep shiro blinded while you cap the shrines.
