Golden Talons
I have a sin that I have beten the game with so I have been to almost everywhere, I am wondering what drops golden talons, its not a green item but the skin that shreders tallons and some other daggers use and I have herd that shiro'ken drop it in unwaking waters, but when I try to kill them with henchies I get killed real fast

does that mean they drop from chests in drazach thicket or they drop from monsters there?

Just a point of note, I've also had Golden Talons drop from the Fire Golems in the quest It Ends Here.

Also if you hven't done "the halcyon job" (cavalon) on a monk or even a necromancer you can farm the luxon assassins they can drop one of those.
