This is my first time trying to post an image so here's hoping...
I'm trying to decide whether I've discovered all of the "farmland" by Maatu Keep. I've started at it for so long now and flicked between my map and a 100% map so much that I just can't tell. Maybe my eyes are playing tricks on me. Could I please have a second opinion?

Cronos, you're missing an entire area east of Rheas Crater. Other than that I can't tell by eyeballing your map. Too small for me. :P
Celestial Beaver - looks complete to me.

You're still missing a spot there. Try both walking as far south inside the Sunjiang District outpost as you can, and following my directions for reachnig the SW corner of the explorable Sunjiang District (posted only a page back I believe).
Incidentally, you're also missing a spot in the NW corner of the Sunjiang District. I suggest heading out of Zin Ku Corridor and hugging the north wall as you head west. Beware of many tough mobs.

I realize it's hard to read through the whole 20+ page thread, but the problem with your screenshot has been addressed before. What you did was take a 'clean' screenshot of your zoomed-out map, and with that no one will be able to help you. The resolution is too small and the cloud cover interferes too much.
What you should do instead is take screenshots of your "U" window stretched out as wide as you can and compare them to Leighwyn's map using his method (posted on the second page of this thread). If you still can't find missing spots, post the screenshots here and we'll try to help you out

Can anyone give an estimate on how much % the Jade Quarry will yield when I explore it? I'm sitting at 98.8% and as far as I know, I only have Jade Quarry and Shiro's 'Banishment Area' left to go.

To be honest, I was a bit more focused on the battles and getting it all than on noting the % while inside Jade Quarry, but I'd estimate it conservatively at 0.5%. You should get about 0.4% without wall-hugging, and could pick up 0.1% to 0.2% depending on how closely you follow each wall.
The problem with the exploration titles is that in most cases the missing bits are sparsely dispersed in multiple areas instead of all bunched up together. Even if you uncover all of Shiro's banishment area and all of Jade Quarry, I guarantee that you will come up short. Use Leighwyn's method to compare your "U" window with his map, and you will be able to spot these places.
One last thing: in my experience, each fogged spot does not equal 0.1% of the title but instead about 1/3 of that. So you might get more and you might get less out of each spot and/or area depending what "hidden percentage" you go in at. If you're 98.8+2/3 and you get all of Jade Quarry, you might end up 0.6% higher. Estimating how much a particular area might give isn't really reliable; I just recommend you get into it anyway and see what you're still missing when you pop out by comparing your "U" window to Leighwyn's map

Thanks Shyft, thats what I was looking for. =)
By the way, perhaps because Cantha is a smaller land mass than Tyria, i've noticed that in Cantha the percentages given for uncovering fog were larger. Very seldom have I uncovered fog in Cantha where I didn't get .1%. In Tyria I could uncover 3 or 4 spots and only get .1%.

Sergor, see my post #404 on this page. I realize reading through the whole thread isn't possible for some, but at least check the recent replies. Your screenshot is useless, and the above post explains why and gives directions to make useful ones.

This is my whole map (hope it's ok):

You're still missing:
-the west part of the mountain spot west off Tsumei Village;
-some islands in the NW Kinya province;
-a spot in the center of the north edge of Minister Cho's Estate;
-the NW corner of Jaya Bluffs, north of the Sizhou Hall island;
-some islands midway on the north edge of Raisu Palace;
-the northern tip of Shiro's banishment area;
-a spot in the middle of Bukdek Byway (walk SW out of Kaineng Center);
-part of the Dragon's Throat outpost (uncover from outside town);
-the NW corner of Tahnnakai Temple explorable (long trip, good luck);
-the NE corner of Tahnnakai Temple explorable;
-the north wall of Shenzun Tunnels (start from Tahnnakai Temple, easy walk);
-a spot SW of Zin Ku Corridor (uncovered from inside the outpost);
-the 'farmland' spot east of Maatu Keep;
-a spot midway between Cavalon and Gyala Hatchery (SW corner of Maishang Hills);
-a spot in the Boreas Seabed explorable, SE of the Mount Quinkai exit;
-a spot south of Breaker Hollow and NW of Luxon Jade Flats;
-the east wall of Fort Aspenwood battle area;
-the north wall of Ferndale;
-a spot north of Lutgartis Conservatory in Ferndale;
-the east and north walls of Jade Quarry battle area;
-a spot midway along the north wall in Morostav Trail;
-the SW corner of Amatz Basin;
-a spot midway along the south wall in Mourning Veil Falls;
-the NE corner of Morostav Trail;
-the SE corner of the Luxon Unwaking Waters outpost;
-a spot midway along the north wall of Rhea's Crater (discussed recently).
Your (http://img98.imageshack.us/img98/8941/map68uk.jpg) link results in a "Cannot find server/This page cannot be displayed" window, so I can't check that screenshot at all.
You're at 99.7% because you have the Monastery Overlook uncovered, so you don't actually have to hit all the listed spots in order to gain your title. Pick and choose what is easiest to get to, and you'll be a Grandmaster in no time

Perhaps I should have been clearer. By "a spot of fog" I don't mean "a bunch of fog in clustered the same location" but rather "a miniscule bit of fog that goes away but does not raise the progress bar %." I agree that Tyria is a much larger map, so it is more obvious when you hit a patch of fog and it doesn't advance your title bar, but the same can happen in Cantha. For example, if you missed out on the very top of Shiro's banishment area (a common problem) you probably won't get 0.1% from it, unless you come into it having already uncovered 2 spots without moving up your % on the progress bar.

Uh, Shyft, I wasn't trying to start a debate. You were kind enough to answer my question - thank you again. I have no idea why you posted the rest. I know what you mean by uncovering bits of fog. I've done plenty of it myself.
Two April Mornings: Banish Buddy and Low Hit Points are my tips to you. Take a friend and make sure you have fewer hit points than they do. You still have to be patient though. :\

I just got my Grandmasters and wanted to thank Leighwyn for the technique to compare maps. There is leeway of about 1% for Tyrians to get Grandmasters. I have a few large areas that still need to be explored like in Jade Quarry.
To get shiro to banish you, I joined a group and added a few superior runes to lower my heath. I was banished 2 times.

The leeway is much smaller than 1%. I'm guessing you see that much because you managed to uncover the Monastery Overlook during the Dragon Festival. While there's still leeway without that area, it is much smaller.
The best tactic to reach Shiro's banishment area is to find someone else trying to map it and go in together, switching runes on and off for lower HP. That way, you can keep trying for as long as you want, the party won't kill your double or end the mission while you're still trying to unfog parts, and best of all, the party has no chance to fail and blame it all on you for not helping since you were mapping when you should have been fighting, which would give all cartographers a bad name.

Your problem is that those are just "clean" screenshots of the regular map overview rather than of your "U" window. As a result, cloud cover interferes with the map and makes it much harder to use Leighwyn's method to compare two maps which relies on the eye picking up rapid alterations in shape and color of two otherwise identical images.
If you've been comparing Leighwyn's map to your "M" GW map, you should be able to find those spots yourself if you start using the "U" window. If you want other people to check your screenshots for you, please retake them.

Hugging the walls of the quarry may get you .1-.2%

-east wall of Melandru's Hope;
-SE corner of Unwaking Waters (inside mission);
-north wall of Morostav Trail;
-SE corner of Nahpui Quarter mission area;
-north part of the "farmland" east of Maatu Keep;
-NW corner of Mount Quinkai;
-NW corner of Kaineng Docks and north wall of Raisu Palace (both missing an island);
-east wall of Vizunah Square mission;
-SE corner of the Undercity;
-NW corner of Wajjun Bazaar;
-the Local Quarter of Vizunah Square (help a Canthan do their quest to enter);
-NW corner of Shenzun Tunnels;
-north and east walls of Kinya Province;
-north wall and central bay in Panjiang Peninsula;
-NE corner of Panjiang Peninsula (might uncover from Sunqua Vale);
-SW corner of Shing Jea Monastery outpost (near storage);
-NW corner of Jaya Bluffs;
-east wall of Seitung Harbor;
-north wall of Zen Daijun.
Since you have the Monastery Overlook open, you don't have to uncover all of the above spots to get the title.
