Skills like this will NEVER be used. If you go against a foe that doesn't use shouts or chants, you wasted a skill slot.

Looks like a fun skill to me! Kind of ironic... since Soul Reaping was nerfed, now the necros ruin OTHER people's primary attribute :-O

"I Meant to Do That!"

Hehe.

Volley is, as people guessed, a non-elite Barrage.

That will be especially nasty on Rangers.

DERVISH SCYTHE ATTACKS ARE NICE >_>

radiant scythe is a great sounding opening move.

FARMERS SCYTHER FTW FOR FARMERS <.< especially hydra farming. huzzah!

knee cutter is good with hamstring....

disarm is ok... very situational i suppose.

pulverizing smash is just SMOOTH. another reason to be scared if you're the target of a hammer man! I mean c'mon! Weakness AND Deep Wound?! WOO!

soldier's speed seems good, i LOVE feral aggression

Slippery ground is terrible, it costs WAY too much for it's effect, not to mention someone already has to be blind to use it. A good fix would be either a much smaller cost like only 5 energy (seriously, he has to be blind and its against only one target) or take out the blind requirement at least. Maybe make it that if the foe is moving he is tripped, remember it's SLIPPERY GROUND

Energy blast is cool. Another great opening move.

companionship seems nice

Volley would be awesome if it didn't strip preps.

Isn't disrupting shot just a copy of savage shot with more damage? Isn't that, IDK, just kinda redundant?

I would use that skill. Some of us learn from previous ventures into an area and adjust our bars accordingly. And by your logic, bringing a rez is a waste if you aren't certain someone is going to die and you will be the one still alive.

So far I like all the Necro and Monk skills except Smiter's Boon. I can't see using that one right now.

Read carefully. Savage Shot gets the bonus damage for hitting a spell, disrupting shot gets it for hitting a skill.

Imagine using it with Divine Boon. Over 100 heal from Divine Favor/Boon, and you can use some fun Smiting skills with it.

Knee Cutter looks simply awesome. Mini Dragon Slash if the enemy is crippled? YES PLEASE.

Masochism has a mechanic that I think could get abused in the right kind of build. Perhaps with Cultist's Fervor/Vampiric Spirit and Dark Aura?

Just wanted to check. The blantant power creep in NF wasn't deliberate, I assume the same applies to the GW:EN skills?

What the hell are you talking about? That's not my logic at all. There is a 100% chance that you party members are ABLE to die, there is not a significant chance that your enemies will have shouts and chants equipped.

Venture into an area and learn? That sounds tough to do in PvP. Oh, you were talking about PvE? Isn't that why they made a bunch of PvE only skills? Besides, why learn from previous ventures when certain strategies clear everything with no problem.

I guess you thought Vocal Minority was a very useful skill as well, seeing how it is essentially the same purpose...
