Seems to me that there will be a quest/mission available from each chapter (LA, KC, Kamadan?). Upon completion you will find yourself in the first outpost for GW:EN. Much like completing Sanctum Cay mission puts you in first outpost for the Crystal Desert.

I'm hoping it's more along the lines of access from an explorable area.
Like the portal in Crystal Overlook in Elona to the Arid Sea in Tyria. |
