Well...if they're real...the ones that remain to be seen better be pretty DARN awesome to make up for the letdown of those crappy reskins. :/

They are definitely real. A lot of them perfectly match what we've seen in screenshots and videos. Nobody is THAT good at making fakes.

There's a reason I'm still using the Male Elementalist Ascended Aeromancer armour from prophecies... It is the only Male Elementalist armour that is half decent.

Yeah, these are most likely armors we will be able to obtain. I love the Sin armor, Warrior armor, and will get some new Ele armor. Can't wait! There will be more than what was shown.... should be 4 sets each, they only showed 2-3. Might be some crazy expensive armor they are not showing in those screens. Some of it looks like 1k armor. probably will be 1k, 5k, 10, 15k armors. They don't wanna leave out the broke people. heh

How do you explain that a lot of the armour perfectly matches what we've seen in actual official videos and screenshots then? I understand why a lot of people are hoping this isn't real, but it quite obviously is.

And these official screenshots from places like IGN were shown after these other pics were leaked. So it's not like someone could have seen them and then modded them in. And that's not even taking into account how difficult it would be to copy something like that absolutely perfectly.

Personally, I really like the new furry Ritualist armour, for both the males and females. A lot of the new Monk and Dervish armour is great too. Pity some of the classes do just have really terrible reskins though. The mesmers and ele's really drew the short end of the stick.

I reckon Gaile saying that some of these are real and some of them are not. Can't wait to see for myself if they would actually do such crappy reskins or was it simply a hoax.

However, we haven't seen all the sets (only 1 new necro and ranger set are showing). Here's one warrior set that can be seen on in-game videos and screenies:

I highly doubt they are real (not all of them), after taking a look at the mesmer armors I noticed that many of them share the exact same model as armors that are allready in the game. And personally I can't imagine that ArenaNet would just recycle those and give them another pretty skin.

And I saw a recycled Kurzick 1.5k as well. Other professions have the same armors as well, just reskinned by the looks of it.

These came out early on and several sets shown were later confirmed in official releases. However, these are not ALL of the new sets of armor (for instance, only two female elementalist sets are shown).

I really like the female ranger armor with the metal plates and the long coat. Might have to trade in my turtle shells for that. I hope the mask has a metal plate on it too.

And A.net has already used reskins as new armor.

Well those been around a while, i was around when the person firsted posted them, he said that the he had found them in the deta base, but he said that he didn't know if some where from EOTN or not. Also some of them we know are real as well others might not be. But there are more armor's there then what anet said would be in the game, one more thing just becuase Gaile Gray said that some of them are not real and some arn't doesn't mean that she's telling the truth since we seen her say that before and it all ended up being true, so we have around 2 weeks and well find out.

But some of them are nice and some are pritty ugly. I like the reskined fow armor for a derv it looks pritty cool, but i not a big fan of that ranger armor.

Y'all are right. It's not that bad with the hood on. I still think it's horrible.

Some of the warrior armor looks like Elonan reskinned and Luxon reskinned. I hope that the armor that is simply reskinned or recolored is prototype armor. I certainly hope that's the case, but would not be at all surprised if those are the final armors.

The ranger armor I saw was great, but that assassin armor was a huge disappointment... just as tight and spiky as ever, but with an even worse texture.

Actually, I kinda like some of the reskins. The female mesmer one that looks like a reskin of Rogue's with a reskin FoW skirt is great and I would totally get it. The original had horrid looking pants and didn't dye particularly well (boots were different color than top). A lot of the Tyrian designs are nice, but plain or simply don't look good dyed. Not many dyes look good on 15k drakescale for rangers because it has so much orange on it.

But yeah, the elementalist armor reskins are weak.

A couple of them match what's been seen in screenies and videos - but most of those coincide with the 'obviously new' stuff, the stuff on new models. No real surprise.

But a lot of the retextures are really terrible, for example, the ranger and mesmer attempts.
