Henchmen rating thread
Seems like we got actually usefull henchmen this time:
Talon
# "Shields Up!"
# Crippling Slash
# Gash
# Protector's Defense
# Resurrection Signet
# Savage Slash
# Silverwing Slash
# Healing Signet
+ All around good amount of damage and, can snare and interupt and provides some defensive party support. Deep wound capabilities.
~ Protectors defence is likely to be wasted as it is canceled by movement
- No reall minus
Devona
# "None Shall Pass!"
# Backbreaker Backbreaker
# Bull's Strike
# Counter Blow
# Irresistible Blow
# Resurrection Signet
# ?
# ?
+ Enemines will spend a lot of time on ground, which is very, very good.
~ Unless she has improved, she will waste skills like Bull's Strike a lot.
- Seems to lack self defence.
Aidan
# Barrage
# Debilitating Shot
# Dual Shot
# Troll Unguent
# Volley
# Whirling Defense
# Resurrection Signet
# ?
+ Physical area damage, Energy denial, defensive stance and self heal.
~ Somewhat not that rangery, kinda nuker.
- Not interupts at all, no conditions caused.
Zho
# Broad Head Arrow (Elite)
# Disrupting Shot
# Penetrating Attack
# Read the Wind
# Resurrection Signet
# Savage Shot
# ?
# ?
+ BHA, Multiple interupts, RTW to make sure interupts and BHA lands
~ One of interupts should be distracting shot.
- Penetrating attack (Why?)
Mhenlo
# Deny Hexes
# Divine Intervention
# Dwayna's Kiss
# Healing Touch
# Light of Deliverance
# Orison of Healing
# Resurrection Chant
# Vigorous Spirit
+ LoD, Decent hex removal, Dwaynas kiss
~ Divine intervention is meh, but it fuells his deny hexes. Could use energy management.
- Seems to use vigorous spirit to counter spike damage.
Lina
# Dismiss Condition
# Guardian
# Protective Spirit
# Resurrection Chant
# Reversal of Fortune
# Shield of Absorption
# Shielding Hands
# Zealous Benediction
+ Decent prot bar, condition removal
~ Some skills are redundant. Could use energy management.
- No real minus.
Eve
# Bood Ritual
# Reaper's Mark
# Resurrection Signet
# Shadow Strike
# Strip Enchantment
# Vampiric Gaze
# ?
# ?
+ Good old eves blood ritual, Reapers mark, Can remove enchants
~ Blood damage is lackluster, but its not really her job.
- Compared to other henchmen, she is somehow lacking.
Lo Sha
# Arcane Conundrum
# Conjure Phantasm
# Ether Feast
# Ineptitude
# Power Drain
# Waste Not, Want Not
# Resurrection Signet
# ?
+ Can spread degen, Blind, Interupt. Does decent good energy management
~ Could use more puninshing hexes
- Only one interupt.
Cynn
# Aura of Restoration
# Fire Attunement
# Fireball
# Glyph of Lesser Energy
# Liquid Flame
# Meteor Shower
# Mind Blast
# Resurrection Signet
+ Has Multiple way to manage her energy, good damage output
~ Wastes meteor shower a lot.
- No reall minus
Herta
# Aura of Restoration
# Earth Attunement
# Magnetic Surge
# Resurrection Signet
# Sandstorm
# Stone Daggers
# Ward Against Elements
# Ward Against Melee
+ Defensive Wards, Good damage.
~ Tends to spam Daggers instead of other skills.
- Magnetic surge replacing her Stoning from NF is not good idea imho. She could really use GOLE.

Thumbs up to developers. There are only minor issues with hench bars now.
(At moment some henchies skills are not on wiki, if you have seen them use more, share it.)

Lo Sha is now a viable henchman. Ineptitude is awesome, nice to see it on a hench.
Zho is great at using BHA in my opinion.
So glad they've finally given Mhenlo Light of Deliverance. I never quite trusted Hench Healer Monks and always used to take my Flunkoro...but Mhenlo doesn't seem so bad now.
Cynn. Nice to see her using Mind Blast...though I've not noticed whether or not shes using it effectively.
All in all I'm happy with the Hench skillbars. On the whole they're very useful.

Mobs and Henchmen seem to have much better builds in GWEN, which is awesome.
As a knock down and crippling sin ("you move like a dwarf", falling lotus, trampling Ox, nice pve combo); i think the best henches i can bring are talon, zho to daze casters and lo sha to rape melee.

I must say... The hench builds in EotN are pretty awesome.
Lovely stuff all round, the only thing that could get better is secondary proffesions... Power Drain on Lina, anyone?

Did you notice during the week end that in outposts, Menhlo and Cynn are set appart from the other henchmen, and seem to quarrel? I saw that sunday evening and it found this really funny.

I disagree with Lina. She's still as useless as ever. Always the first to die, and die often she does.

The bottom line to me is that pre-EOTN hencies were always 100 000x better than the average PUG player, and post-EOTN henchies are now
200 000x better than the average PUG player. Which is great. Never was any reason to take a PUG player over 3 Heroes + 4 Hench, and that remains true. Thumbs up on that point.

I would have to say that I think all the Henchmen are good in EoTN although I do miss Devona with Charge and Lina with Aegis.
